We would like to announce some updates with you, following the recent news at the weekend.
Unfortunately, due to the Tier 4 restrictions immediately applied to non-essential retail, it is with regret that we inform you our London Head Office & Store is now closed. We are unable to process any online orders made from Monday 21st December onwards. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Please e-mail customercare@carolinecharles.co.uk and we will reply to emails from Monday 4th January regarding your recent orders & general enquiries.
We want to thank you all for your continued support throughout this year. We will update you in due course, once we have more guidance from the government. We wish you all a safe Christmas and hope to see you in the New Year.
